One day I was fishing the Sugar River near Verona whichis just southwest of Madison. I was fishing with small spinners. The spinners had a big silver blade but an overal small size silver shank. My friends and I caught a couple trout each. The biggest one was about 16 inches and they were all Brook Trout.
