So I bought a couple smaller/short down riggers and thinking I can mount them on the track system on my skeeter. Do ya think it might be too much weight on tracks?

Not at all. I run Canon Mag 10s on the tracks of my WX2200 with no issue.

No, I’ve been running riggers in tracks on my Skeeters for years. Make sure the tracks are bolted through the top cap where possible to access and you won’t have any issues.
