Ashland Bass Kicking tournament

As of yesterday…8/29 there were only 5 entrants into the tournament. Unfortunately, the decision was made to allow use of live bait. As we know, greater than 90% of bass tournaments (maybe 100%?) are artificial baits only so I am sure this has put a damper on the number of entries. Could be a great tournament which I was very excited about but I believe the allowance of live bait does take some of the skill level of the tournament angler out of the equation. Would be great to see as many people as possible enter so the first tournament is held and next year there will be many improvements.
