Made with Hickory Smoke Spam (and not the Turkey Spam!)

    Cheers!

What time is dinner? I’ll need directions, too.
    I bet it’s been 30 years since I had a Hamms.
Been eating a lot more Spam lately – I love it smoked.

How close are you to the Harbor Bar across the river from Red Wing?

Sounds like the FW is changing plans on me again. Bacon wrapped mini winnies and Hamm’s, then the short walk to the Harbor Bar for Jerk Turkey with all the fixings…and Hamm’s.

The spam will have to wait until desert or Friday morning…which ever comes first. )

So just want to get the directions right, you carve the spam “turkey” and then boil it in the Hamm’s? What kind of temp is needed to fully cure that thing?

Lol I think just luke warm! mrgreen

Since it’s cooked in the can…just a soaking is needed to get the flavor to cross both to the meat and to the beer. toast

Although I did have a shot of Blackberry to toast my Favorite Pierce County Sheriff last night, it is Angels Envy Rye that has a place in the liquor closet.
