Tactacam Reveal SK celllular camera

Anyone on here have a Tactacam Reveal SK? I received one for Christmas and am having issues finding how to charge it. This one has the SK Lipo Pack instead of 12 AA batteries. It says in the instruction book to use the USB port to charge the pack, but there was no USB C cable in the package. Their support is non-existent so far. I’ve called and a droid named “Ed” answers and says please hold, the everything goes silent. Tried that a couple of times then went to the email support. Crickets………!! I hope the camera works better than their support system

I bought two but haven’t used them yet. The one I opened did have a usb C cord. Eject the battery and there’s a usb C port on the side of the battery

I bought 2 Reveal Xs last year. Had questions on setup. Emailed customer support, they were timely and very helpful.
