Strictly Muskie!

    My first strictly Muskie fishing outing with my son on a lake in Douglas County was a success! Not huge but the size wasn’t all that important. The couple hours of quality time with my son was by far the best, landing this 26″ Muskie was just a bonus! I am ready to go again!!!

    Congratulations on the muskie. Hope this will be the start of some great bonding time with your family. Fall sucker fishing is just around the corner.

    Nice fish. It’s nice catching that size fish because it shows the lake has upcoming monsters. Did you catch any bass or Northern while fishing?

    Per my son … has not caught a bass yet, Northerns yes. Caught only the Muskie the day I was fishing.

    I’ve been sworn to secrecy if I ever want to go fishing with my son again. And I do want to go with him again and again and again!
