Boats in Waverly

    Went across the main street bridge in waverly yesterday afternoon and WOW it was the most boats I had seen below the dam in a long time. Hang on the total was 3 boats. One of which was an airboat. Don’t know if they were fishing down there or messing around. Thankfully the river was up or they wouldn’t have been where they were.

    That’s weird, never see that many UPSTREAM from the ramp. I put in tonight and slammed the cats, both Channel and Flathead, below the ramp a ways.

    Ya I hear ya the only other time i see them up there is in the spring with the river is up a bit and the walleye bite is on.
