While my food plots are doing very well and bringing in deer, turkey and bear, I have a little extra room, about 12’x12’ that could be used more as a hunt plot.
I love strawberries, and I hear deer love them too. Now while the fruit may not last till hunting season, I hear they, the deer, also love the foliage. I plan on protecting the plants till I get my ample share of the berries and then open it up for the deer during the fall hunting seasons.
