    I am trying to remember does the season for the St Louis River run the same as the regular opener? Also if you where to pick a prime time to come wahat would you recomend?

    Howdy klh. Yes the season is the same as the opener. As far as favorite times of the year to fish it, mine is early June. Weather is a little better than May, and the bite is usually on. I fish Spirit Lake and lower that time of year. Spinners and bottom bouncers are the ticket for me. Good luck, Junky………..
