1998 Evinrude 115, no lower unit, has controls, compression on cylinders in good shape – $500

We haven’t dug around for this particular engine to find a used one, but on a new retail it would be somewhere in the $2k-$3k, IF you can find the correct one, they are on the difficult side of things trying to find. Not impossible but would take some digging.
