1197 Transducer on 1880

    Hello anyone willing to help me out with showing their transducer location on a wx1880?? I cannot figure out where the best place is for it. I dont care about high speed reading just want good side images.

    I’d like to see some photo’s of HDSI transducer installation on a WX hull as well. I’ve got a WX2100 with the HB 1197 HDSI transducer installed above the step hull. Dealer did this to prevent damage to the ducer from striking something. The performance is pretty good up to approximately 8 mph, then the signal is gone.

    Here’s a couple of pics of my 1197 transducer mounted on my WX2100. No issues with interference as long as I trim up my big motor.

    Thanks for the pics. That’s about where mine is mounted. How fast can you move and still maintain the SI and DI?
