    My first publication in an outdoor magazine! Midwest Outdoors, October Issue. Vol. 42 No. 10. Minnesota Section, Page 38.

    This is a one full page of a newspaper 11″ x 17″

    This is a story of a 24″ kyped jaw brown trout caught 9:30 at night early July with a 3″ chub tail on a #2 hook. My biggest trout landed to date. Incredibly thick for his length, I estimate the fish to be 6-7 lbs. Catch – Photo – Release.

    Thanks for your kind words. I’m just flattered that the story was chosen. Better yet it was my first time submitting a story to an outdoor magazine which makes it extra amazing. I guess a ton of stories are submitted each month too. It is just neat to see your name more than anything. Great way to top of the end of the season too.
