Um, without more information, it’ll be pretty tough for anyone to give you advice.
Zumbro river below Lake Zumbro. Any branches of the Root River. You’ll find many different species of fish. Any small spinners, rooster tails, small mepps beetle spins will catch smallies and occasional walleyes. Zumbro river contains some bigger muskies also. He did post in the Rochester area.
Rum River around Cambridge can be good. Knowing where you’re from would help with answers.

Considering he posted in the Rochester Mn forum I would think that was enough to see where he is from.
Chirp posted some great area options enjoy yourself and be safe, Please post results if you get out.
Rochester Minnesota! and is there any campgrounds around with some good canoe fishing?
There is a place to camp below the Lake Zumbro Dam. It used to be called Mac’s not sure if it is stilled called that or not. Maybe someone else can help with that. There is a place in Zumbro Falls that rents canoes and has camping right along Hiway 63. Bluff Valley is also just outside Zumbro Falls nice camping area. Not sure what is along the Root River should be something along there too.
Just east of Rochester is Chester woods park.

If you do not have a canoe. Go to Zumbro Falls , Have them bring you up to mac’s and canoe back down to Zumbro Falls. When we fish that stretch we use jigs and ringworms and just had a hayday with the smallies. Just remember that stretch is catch and release on the bass.
Zumbro River Rats. Millville. They rent canoe, kayak, or tubes. They will transport your canoe to your choice of location. Camp ground in Millville operated by the local sportsmans club. They are both very accomadating and their prices are very reasonable. The guy who runs the rental service with his wife has fished that river his hole life. 507 798 2450
I am thinkin lake winona? would that ooffer a good bite??? species??? bait??
Lake Winona offers a good largemouth bass and panfish bite. You can also get some pike and an occasional walleye. Top water baits, spinners and plastic worms should get some game species action and worms or beetle spins will catch almost anything that swims there.
Good luck
