I know it has been posted before, but I didn’t find it in a search. I need to get a St. Croix Legend Extreme replaced (again) and am not sure the fastest easiest method. Anyone had to do so recently?

…or, some of the retailers you possibly bought from can help expedite the shipping/return process for you. At least that is what I was told at Thirne Bros.

Thorne bros is the answer I order st. Crioxs direct from them and when they break bring it to Thorne bros they charge you the warranty fee and you can grab a new one off there shelf and they do the actual warranty paperwork themselves.

I went off the website as James posted and it went just fine. They replaced for the price of initial shipment.

I also think most retailers will take care of it too. Pretty sure Scheels did it for a friend. You might need to talk to the right person at the big box stores (ie. GM and Cabelas).

I check with Cabela’s and they do not. Thorne Bros does for a $70 fee.
I’ll have to determine how bad I need the rod and how quickly.
