What are everyone’s favorite lakes to ice fish in Polk county? Just curious as I will be fishing here a lot this winter.

My bad. I’m talking about the Polk county across the Croix from Chisago county.
December 12, 2016 at 5:53 pm #1656651Grew up fishing Cedar Lake in Star Prairie. Blake Lake. Balsam has a learning curve. Big Lake has decent fishing. Yellow lake can be fun.

Big like 40 inch fish or bigger? I look forward to seeing the responses for that. Just go to white ash with the masses. A few nice ones come from their every winter.
