I saw this recipe a few years ago, and it looked so good. Yesterday, I pulled my remaining 2019 pheasant breasts from the freezer, and today, I decided that a schnitzel was happening!

I left out the mushrooms because I didn’t have any on hand. The FW and I agreed that the mushrooms would have been great, but OMG, it was so good even without the mushrooms! I’m stuffed!

Nice, I have some whole pheasants that need to be eaten, might put this to use. Thanks Ralph!

    Nice!

I make Rizky which is the Czech version of schnitzel from pheasant and it’s really great with wild turkey meat.

My father loves the old school stuff and he goes crazy for rizky with Czech sauerkraut and properly done potatoes.

    Awesome job.

Wow, would I destroy a plate of that! Growing up in a family of waterfowl, bird hunters, thanksgiving meant I’m going for the duck & geese my 100% Norwegian grandma cooked, screw the turkey she made with it.
