Played hooky from work today. We have a logging project up at the family property in a few weeks to help improve our grouse & deer habitat. Did a walk thru with the forester coordinating the cut.
Started out a little cool (-22 deg) but with no wind and moving about it just fealt like a winter day.
Every window in the 100 year old house was covered with frost. Left some beautiful patterns. Did a little tour after the meeting checking out the woods looking to see what kind of deer and wolf activity has been going on. I was expecting to see wolf tracks in one particular area. Looked like they were having a dance party.
