Just wondering what a good weight range would be for this one? It was 51 inches long but no girth measurement. Caught in Eagle Lake Ontario.

Iā€™m 6ā€™5 and 200 lbs. May help scale the fish better.

In fisherman chart says 42lb but without a girth it could be more or less. A very nice catch congratulations.

My 52ā€ on a cheap scale was just over 41# and it appears to have had a larger girth than yours. Conservative guess, maybe 34-36#???

Regardless, over 50ā€ is a heck of a nice fish. Congrats!!!

Based on those photos, girth appears to be about 20-22″ So I’d say 28-31lbs.

Its hard to know for sure, but probably 30-35 pounds. It takes a heck of a build to hit 40 pounds. Beautiful fish regardless what it weighs.

I agree but that is a beauty no matter what it weighs.
