I would like to say thanks to Jerry for a great report! I have to say that as far as trout went you did better than I did. I floated a section of the root Sunday. This was the same section a group and I hammered a lot of large trout on several weeks earlier. The water color was perfect for my style of fishing, but the water temp was in the mid 70’s. It was as if there were no trout in the river, but it was infested with Smallies from playing card size up to 12″. 4 trout, lost count of bass after 15.
