I was watching a fishing show and saw this technique used. It’s one that I have used in situations although never actaully heard it called that. It involves presenting something that is very familiar to a trout during a hatch. Instead of trying to match the hatch do the OPPOSITE! I personally have done this many times with a bugger or hopper. On the TV show he used an ant. In any event it works. The next time that you are out during a hatch and cannot match the hatch try it!
