we were down at riverside park here in new ulm fishing at about 10 at night and we were down there till about 5 in the morning and we caught 3 nice eater size walleyes and one white bass jigging the bottom. most of the walleyes stay clear of the fast current and stay in the slack water so try those places. cuz we were killing them. 
it takes time tho.
