Wondering on your guys opinion about getting my starter rebuilt for my boat or am I better off just buying a new starter? I’m not sure how old the starter is and if its been rebuilt once already but all I can tell you is that its at least 6 years old(thats how long I’ve had the boat)
and its going out. I’m looking for any feedback.

It all depends on if you have someone that rebuilds them and how good of a job they do,to have one rebuilt it CAN cost about 1/3-1/2 of a store bought one.

Atleast here I can get most starters rebuilt for around $50-$85 and I trust my guy is going to do the job right.
