There was plenty of water to launch at Running Water this weekend. I put in there and fished my way up past the State Park and back. Went looking for something new and really didn’t find much. Don’t know if fishing was just slow last weekend or there’s not that much new to find and I should have just stuck to the same old spots. With the way they fluctuate the water and the mud coming in from other creeks and rivers the water’s really dirty. I don’t think it helps.
The few I did catch were out of the backwaters and relating more to current now. Anybody else on the river last weekend?
