What is every-bodies opinion that has fished this? Seems they draw a lot of teams and everything I have seen is it’s well run. How big of a advantage is it for the long time teams to always fish the same waters year after year? Mille Lacs, Winnie & LOTW always seem to be the place to go. I’m sure it’s because they can accommodate large fields.

Who has fished this, how long, what do you like, what don’t you like?

No agenda here, just seeking some info.

Fished in a few of them quite a few years back. They were well ran and I had a good time.Id think about joining again if I had more time and a good partner.Allthough the same lakes over and over would get old quite fast.

My parents fish it every season. They fish almost every tournament except Big Stone. It’s very organized, well run, and competitive. The primary reason they generally fish the same lakes over and over is that they have a resort/venue/access to use at those spots. They’ve tried to go to new places like Leech and Vermilion and no resort is willing and able to accommodate the event.
