Microwave Mug Cookie Recipe

    This is a great easy recipe for a single serving treat! Just add a dollop of ice cream once it cools a tad, and you’re good to go! waytogo

    Using a microwave safe mug, add:
    1 tbsp butter, melted
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tbsp sugar
    stir
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    stir
    2 heaping tbsp flour
    stir
    Add chocolate chips, as desired
    stir
    microwave for 1 min

    Enjoy!
