Has anyone tried the Mega Live hand control- universal? It’s the Mega Live transducer with a Geiger Tech mount for your boat. I’m considering getting an ice kit and using the Helix 10 from the bow. But I would need some kind of mount for my boat next spring. Primarily looking for feedback on the Geiger Tech. I would have to get it separately. It looks doable for my Alumacraft as long as I can use the ice kit in the boat. That being said I’m open to any and all ideas!

No help on the Geiger Tech, other than it looks like a good setup. I use my Helix 9 Ice w/ megalive in the boat as well. I was looking for the most cost effective solution and went with Fishing Specialties’ system that allows me to use the stock HB ice pole. Includes an Alumatrac bracket (so I can mount it anywhere on the boat), baseplate, and a cone piece that installs on the HB pole in place of the ice support plate. I have around $250 into the parts.
