lure identification help

    I found this on Namakan lake on a beach in Deep Slough this past week. I was wondering if anyone could tell me who made it and if anyone has pictures of a complete lure? Thanks. By the way the fishing was fantastic. Lots of big Small mouth, Walleye, and pike. Most of the Walleye were overs with a nice shore lunch to boot.
