Anyone here have a supply of Rapala Clackin Raps they care to sell. Mostly looking for the largest 2 sizes. I believe that would be size 8 and 9’s. Willing to pay a fair price. These are no longer available. I picked up some in a dump bin just after they were discontinued. I wish I would have bought about 10X more than I did. The dump bin at Gander had 100’s of them. Just not many in the larger sizes and most of the larger sizes were all the same color.

You won’t like the price, but I find all the discontinued lures/colors I like that aren’t available anymore on Ebay.

Butthurt – That is a good offer. I was mainly looking for the larger sizes. 8’s and 9’s.
If you still have them available in a few weeks I may take you up on your offer. I hope to get lucky and find a supply of larger ones available someplace. Thanks for the offer.______________InactiveMN - 55082Posts: 1644March 26, 2019 at 3:13 pm #1846076I’ll try and look through my stuff tonight; I have a bunch, just not positive on sizes.
April 18, 2019 at 1:34 pm #1851717Butthurt helped me out some – Thanks Butthurt. But I’m still looking for some more in the Largest Size ( #9 ) If anyone has any laying around that they want to get rid of – Let me know.
April 18, 2019 at 4:38 pm #1851776I painted about 200 of them for the Scheels in Bismarck, ND. I know there are a few left on the shelf. give them a call.
March 12, 2024 at 11:11 am #2260082I’m going to bring this one back to life. I’m still on the lookout for some of these. Willing to trade some smaller size ones for larger sizes or simply buy the larger size ones. Let me know what you have.
AK GuyPosts: 1292March 12, 2024 at 11:25 am #2260086I’ll look in my stash to see if I have any of these. One thing I do know is I have a dozen Risto Raps new in the box. A bunch of Tail Dancers too.
OG Net_ManPosts: 488March 12, 2024 at 12:22 pm #2260110I have a couple of these along with several hundred of other various cranks. I have yet to tie one on…. What is so special about these?

They are our go to in Canada for shallow water lake trout. Other Rattle type lipless baits work as well, but not as good as the Clackin Raps. We also fish them for Pike in areas where we expect mostly smaller Pike. I have even caught a 42″ Pike on one. They make a much different noise than say a rattletrap. More of a knock than a Rattle.
RiverratPosts: 1156March 12, 2024 at 1:56 pm #2260141I’ll take a look, I got a bunch when the bait shop I worked at burnt down, not sure if I have any left.
April 4, 2024 at 10:17 am #2265242Bump. Still hope someone has a few they are willing to part with.
