Gills at the grade 12-2 13

Still getting nice gills at the grade , got my limit yesterday in 2 hours in the middle of the day. here is a pic. They bit on mamooskas with red tails and on rockers with waxies.

I fish Lake Wi several times a year open water… not much of an ice guy. Always hear about the grade for those that do. Is it on the far north end, the flat off to the right as you begin to get to the river mouth, by what I think they call Tiperry point? I’ll never get there, just find it cool knowing.

Yes thats the area , I have been fishing there since I could walk. Now is the time to stop by and check it out.

Thanks… neat knowing. That area is one of my most favorite in the state. I always tell my wife that in my next life I am going to live close to a water I like fishing on.
