K Drill question

Home Depot has a awesome deal on a drill and I’m looking for one for my K drill auger that a friend gave me for free. If the link doesn’t work it’s the M18 FUEL 18V Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless 1/2 in. Hammer Drill/Driver w/One 5.0 Ah and One 2.0 Ah Battery and Charger, or 2903-22.

K drill’s website doesn’t have this drill on their list, but their list is a few years old and this drill exceeds all the minimum requirements. I don’t think they’ve updated their list for “new drills on the market”. I’m just wondering if the RPMs are too much. Specs say 0-2100. K drill wants 500-750 RPMs. Thoughts?

According to the specs: 1400 in-lbs. of torque

So yeah, that will easily turn that K Drill! 5ah battery (or bigger) will work best

Yea that drill will work. You’re going to want the 5ah and bigger batteries. If you want more tourque and less speed the clam plate with gear reduction gearbox works awesome

    That drill has two ranges; (A) 0-500 (B) 0-2100

You will want to use the 0-500 range, which will also give you the maximum torque of 1400 inch lbs.

You will also want to choose “drilling” mode.

Their customer service got back to me and said it would be added to the list this season. I emailed them and they got back to me in a couple hours. That’s solid service!
