That is one awesome Gill, from the coloring and the size of the mouth I take it that is a hybrid.
Very nice smiles

Yep, I agree with hybrid- but it is a stud hybrid- Here is crawford with a hybrid-
Rodbender- have to give you a thumbs up, for taking your kids out all the time, you always have photos with the kids!! Hows that CJS stuff working for you?

As for taking the kids, I’m just hoping they’ll remember all the times I took them when I’m 60.

They will, I’ll be 62 by the time the ice is out and mine take me along sometimes, and
ALWAYS show me the pictures.HighLifePosts: 1January 20, 2009 at 9:48 pm #739542There’s some real nice pics and some real nice fish here.
Congrats.

We finally found a time that we could make it out so she could use it. (She doesn’t like to be out when the ice is “talking to her”.) She was able to catch around 10 crappies and blue gills. This was the first fish on the new pole.

Here is a picture of the biggest walleye caught in Alpena County Mich in years. 34.5 in long-19 in. girth-official wt 14.5 lbs. The lucky angler let me hold her. What a brute.
what a beauty
January 23, 2009 at 5:29 pm #740736Another starved Mille Lacs walleye caught on 1/22/09.
I don’t think she had room for that fathead head!!
January 27, 2009 at 1:08 pm #741846This has to be my favorite of the year so far. Took my 2 year old out of for his first time ever. We were able to spend a good half hour actually fishing! I was a very happy dad!
NickJohnsonPosts: 255February 2, 2009 at 3:23 pm #743611Got this girl out on waconia 2 weeks ago.
Caught on a gold gill pill in 10fow. She went 45″ and had to weigh around 15-16lbs.
February 7, 2009 at 4:11 pm #745703Thought I would add my share of pics for my first ice fishing season.. Warm weather here in Iowa will probably have an adverse affect on the fish for a while, but I’m hopin to have a few more outings before its time to clean the boat off and get ready for open water.. ..
February 14, 2009 at 7:07 pm #748465Here’s a few with my bro, and of course my father who seems to have all the luck this winter!!
AND remember to take your keys out of ignition??
