Ice show “free” vacation

Did anyone else “win” the Florida vacation from the St. Paul ice show that only costs $300/person plus tax and port fees that can only be redeemed on this phone call?

It is ok to check out the eye candy. Gotta fight off the chance of being talked into signing up for siding or windows.

They tried to push me into signing up I handed there paper back to them.

Shouldn’t have signed up for it….they will call you every week for a year now… seriously. Learned my lesson last year.

Ah, the Booth Bunnies strike again

I’m surprised people still sign up for that junk, oldest scam in the book.

I’m surprised the show still allows them. You’d think they get a lot of complaints.

What I like to do is grab a beer and go to the booth. Tune them out while I check them out and keep them chatting as long as possible.

When it comes time to sign I give them a fake address and the number(non-emergency) to a local police department.

So what is your favorite fake name to use? I always use “Gordy Howe”.

It surprises and disappoints me to see how many people don’t remember Gordy Howe.
