I am interested in getting a new toy, but don’t know anything about muzzleloaders. What features do I need vs. want and then what should I buy?

Break action and stainless steel then make/model doesnt matter. I own a t/c encore pro hunter but my buddy has a cva that i would damn near trade mine for.

TC all the way. Have the 50cal omega and has been a great gun for me, also have the impact. Have the nikon bdc scope on both and they are very accurate. I dont even use a shotgun for deer hunting anymore.

Picked up a T/C Encore Pro Hunter FX with a Nikon scope used for $550. Pretty stoked
