Gonna try one last time to get to a lake on the chain or any other lake in the area. We will be walking out. The lake I walked on where I am last weekend was terrible! hoping things will dry out/drain out by the 1st of april (?) Any idea? Just wanna get some Tullies and crappies. Any reports or ideas?

Anybody out there trying? Would love to hear current conditions. Wanna head out maybe Friday and or Saturday. 2 hour drive for me, so, curious how it looks for shorelines n ice.

I was out tonight in Alexandria. Easy going for the most part some slush… kind of a double layer in areas. 20″+ of ice. Shore ice is intact in most areas. High traffic areas on the north side of lakes is in poor shape. The rest of the areas I’ve seen are just fine for walking. I’d bring tall boots for the difficult areas.

It’s about 4 feet on Devil’s Lake according to a buddy.
