757c Question

    I have a 757c and when i start moving around 6-8 mph I loose the depth like i am going to fast for transducer to read the bottom do i have something installed wrong or a setting messed up i tried playing around with some of the settings with no luck. Thanks in advance!

    Sounds like one of two things might be possible. The first is that your transducer might not be tight to the mounting bracket and when you accelerate your ducer cocks to the rear. The second possibility is that you are getting air bubbles running across the face of your ducer. This can be caused by the ducer not being mounted lower than the bottom of the hull or if it is there could be a screw, rivet head, or a drain hole that is in front of the ducer causing turbulence that would interfere with the signal.
