Had to have baked beans today!

    Baked beans with the remnants of short ribs and double smoked cheap bacon and onions.

    Tip: baked beans are awesome in there own right but they can be rather rich.
    To combat the richness just a hint of fresh grated ginger on top gives a brightness to the dish of serving. TRUST ME.
