Fuse Block Question

    Hey All,
I recently got a Minn Kota heading sensor. I was looking at my fuse block and I don’t have any open spaces left. Aside from pulling stuff off and opening up a slot, could I piggy back off of a 3 or 5 amp circuit and put a 1 amp inline fuse for the heading sensor? I’m guessing the power pull from the heading sensor is like 100-200 milliamps tops.

    Thanks!

Yes, you could also get a fuse tap at an automotive store to tie into a fuse slot, they will have a slot for a new line fuse and a slot for the fuse you placed the tap into.

Didn’t even know those existed!!! That’s awesome! Thanks!
