Hey Fellow Rainy Lakers,
I’ve decided to spearhead a clean up effort here on Rainy Lake when the snow melts. Might end up just being the fishing queen and myself, but we’re going to hook up our otter sleds behind our snowmobiles and spend a portion of the day trying to clean up remnants from fishhouses and anglers. We’ll focus on landings, popular fishing spots… If you’ve got a sled, or atv and would like to help out give me a shout. I’ll burn any wood which we pick up and then we’ll have to dispose of the garbage. I also do this in the spring with my canoe when the ice melts, but anything we can get prior to it entering our waters would be great.

If we get a big enough group maybe we can do some brats on the Grill, and make this an annual event!!!! 
We all benefit so so much from this magnificent body of water lets all do our part to keep it clean!!!
