    Hey Gang!!

    Just wanted to let you know that Recycled Fish will be out at Bass Pro Shops in Altoona, Iowa and Council Bluffs, Iowa this weekend for the Ice Fishing Weekend. We’ll be out there promoting out On Ice Tour, the Okoboji and Big Creek Hardwater Opens and the new Recycled Fish On Ice AMI Hardwater Open. We’ll also have raffle tickets for the chance to win a Clam Hub Style Shelter, StrikeMaster Power Auger, Vexilar Sonar Unit!

    The AMI Hardwater Open is just like the one we conducted over the summer… except we’re ice fishing!! This is a great tournament for all you weekend anglers and weekday anglers! You’re out there fishing so you might as take some pics and win some prizes!!!

    It’s 7 weeks long, starting Jan 7th and ending Feb 24th. We’ll have seven weekly prize winners, two monthly winners and one grand prize!

    Weekly prizes – 1 pair of Katoola Spikes, Jason Mitchell Meat stick ice fishing rod, assortment of Grabber warmers, and a vexilar hat.
    Monthly prizes – 1 for Jan and 1 for Feb: Clam 1-man portable shelter, Clam chair, StrikeMaster Lazer hand auger, Hardwater Open LS T-Shirt
    Grand prize – all expense paid trip for two to fish for monster pike and walleye through the ice in 2012 with Dave Abbott, founder of AMI.

    While you’re out at the Altoona store, make sure you stop in and see our very own ice fishing pro Rod Woten makes several presentations on ice fishing topics like, Modern Method of ice fishing with safety tips, Ice Fishing Electronics, and a few more! Teeg Stouffer will also be out at the Council Bluffs store making a presentation each afternoon at 3PM.

    In addition to Recycled Fish, at the CB store we’ll have seminars throughout the day. On Sat. Ted Takasaki will be doing a seminar. I will be in the fishing department both days answering questions and doing seminars as well. Hope to see some IDO faces out and about at BP this weekend.
