Strikemaster broken cord – follow up note

    Just a note to publicly thank the folks at Strikemaster for quickly sending a replacement pull cord to replace the failed one on my new purchase.

    Phone # was busy, so I send a note by e-mail on Monday AM.
    Received a call back on Monday PM informing me of shipment on Tuesday….
    Received the pull cord assembly on Weds!

    Just like folks on this forum said…
