CVWC Trout Fishing day

    The Cedar Valley Walleye Club held it’s 6th bi-annual trout fishing day for kids on January 16th at North Prairie Lake in Cedar Falls, Iowa. With over 300+ fisherpeople and kids it was an excellent turnout. With help from the Iowa DNR, Local contributors we were able to give out awesome prizes to over 115 kids. Over 1600+ trout were released into this lake. I’ve attached the local tv news clip if interested. For so many kids this was the first time for them to catch their first fish.

    Looks like the walleye Club had a great day. Good job. You made alot of kids day catching there first fish!

    Doug, the smiles on those kids faces says everything.
