Fishing would have made the weekend excellent, since that did not happen, I’ll settle for a good weekend with the Irish, Hawkeyes and Bears all winners!

I like to pitch some junk at the hawks from time to time being Badger fan and all but hats off to them. They played a great game at the White house. Hung around popped some good runs off. See you in a few weeks better keep eating your wheaties. The Big Ten rocks.

Mine was pretty good too. The little lady and her family are from Eau Claire. So we all took a trip to Milwaukee for the long weekend. Went to the Brewers game friday night they pulled off the win. Then went to the zoo saturday morning to take the kids on the trip out for some fun. Then off to Miller Park again for some tailgating and the great Satuday night game. Now this being said and me being a Minnesota Boy and this being my first time to Miller Park. All I have to say is with out new Twins Stadium. I hope they took the same approach as the Brewers did with their set up and parking because that is the best set up parking and stadium I’ve been in. And after the rain friday night I can say as long as we where building a new park we should have just put the retactable roof on ours

I actually watched the game in Badgerland this weekend. Was in Downtown Milwaukee for a wedding and about 10 hawk fans snuck down the block to watch the game. We got asked to quiet down several times and were almost escorted out of the joint. I think they were glad when the game was over and we went back to the reception.
