    could anyone tell me how to get wasps from a frozen hive–a large one snagged

    put the hive in a plastic bag tie it shut! bring it in where its warm@ let them come to life and spray raid in the bag!

    my old man used to do that years ago! worked great!

    I did this in the fall one time, early in the AM when it was cool out and then threw the bag behind the garage. Wow when I got home after work their was some mighty angery bees/ wasps in there.

    I poked a small hole in the bag and blasted them with starting fluid (ether). That shut them off fast.
