    Let me ask you this!
    If the gas surplus is low and they think they need to build more refineries. Why havn’t I ever seen a line at the gas pump?

    Should have driven by the Holiday by my house when the lowered the price to 3.09

    Because a surplus (reserve) is maintained to buffer against spikes in demand to ensure that suppliers don’t run out of fuel.

    That reserve is lower now than in years past.

    If we got rid of 20 million illegals, wouldn’t that help our fuel supply?

    The best way is to reduce personal consumption X all of us.
