A boaters gripe!

    I drove nearly 3 hours today to buy a new boat. I got to the dealership, talked to the salesman, found the boat I wanted and got a price put together. I had told him prior to arriving that I was buying a motor from a well know catalog company. So after deciding on the boat I told the salesperson I was going to go pickup the motor and I would be back for the boat. 5:30pm I show up to get boat and nearly broke my nose on the locked door….place was closed! What kind of sports shop closes at 5:30pm? Theres my complaint for the day. Needless to say….no new boat today and I am leaving in the morning to go out east for 2 weeks fishing.

    One that has enough business and doesn’t need yours apparently anyways. Though you probably should’ve checked or they should’ve atleast warned you Alas hindsight is 20/20.

    I say let the manager know what happened and move on the next dealership.

    Nothing speaks like lost business.
