Probably not, but I’ve never seen one legally hooked smaller than this.

Just got the pics back from the latest trip my dad and I took. Here is a dandy of a 4.5 incher, hooked firmly in the upper lip with a 1/4oz. jig and 3″ grub tail. My dad also landed a 5.5 incher in the same trip. Talk about a hookset!!

Also closed circuit to James et al. — this post gives me an idea for the site… would be cool to have a “wall of fame” for all IDA’ers… by species, by year, of all time… it could record the member’s name, a date, body of water, measurements, comments, and a pic. My fishing club has one and it’s kinda cool!

    Tight lines,

that really is a small Walleye, the nightcrawler in the one pic even looks bigger.

Makes you wonder how somtething that small would be willing to attack a jig twice its size.

I have caught some little saugers, but none THAT small.

You guys must be using St. Croix Rods to get that kind of sensitivity!
