Loons on Minnetonka

    Not only is the ice all but gone this morning on Minnetonka, but I saw my first Loon on the way to work.

    We’ve had a loon on crosslake/rush lake channel for a week now, earliest I’ve seen one with this much ice.

    There has been a loon around Evert’s for years, even in the winter. If it isn’t in the bait shop, I think it usually is in camper #9 cooking spam.
