First Ice Envy

    Still have deer tags to fill so I was hunting today, buddies decided it was hard water time. I wish I was there cause deer movement was non existent, but the big girls were chewing. First is just over 10 and 2nd is 11.6. Last weekend there was a sketchy 2.5″ but today 6″ of good ice. It might be fish instead of meat this winter. Sorry a bout the sideways pic but if somebody can fix and let me know how to do it would be appreciated.

    Awesome fish! I have family in Saskatchewan, Gull Lake specifically. Might have to plan a trip!

    Just noticed after i posted where you were from.

    Yes down here in Iowa our lakes finally froze up yesterday.

    Hoping i can match you later with a pig like that but it won’t by from Iowa
