I have been wanting to purchase a Trollmaster and can not decide which one to get. I fish rivers trolling cranks longlinning,leadcore,3 ways and some spinners. I do fish lakes at times also. It looks to me they are same but pro 2 has more fine tuning. What do you guys suggest would work best for me?
I would be interested to know also. I am kicking around getting the remote steer also, but have heard problems with response times and don’t want to handicap myself anymore than my skills do. 
The Pro2 has the ability to adjust the rpms of the motor at a slower rate. Meaning you can fine tune your speed a little easier than the original pro. They both work good, it is just up to your own preferrence.
