    Last May my buddy got a Frabill FXE storm suit and he has been wearing it ice fishing, not a big deal but lets just say its a little tight with all the warm clothes underneath.

    The stitching came apart on I think 2 pockets on the bibs. He doesn’t have a receipt so he called up Frabill and they said send in both the jacket and bibs cause if they new bibs dont match the color of the jacket they will replace both!

    I think I have gave him enough crap about how tight it is cause he is now looking to get an actual ice fishing suit. He looked like 10lbs of in a 5lb bag

    Nice to see decent customer service. Most things are now made in China and the quality is lacking. When you pay a 100% markup and the company refuses to support their product, I really get agitated.
